Currently, there are some problems in vocational education in Tieling, for example school education do not match to social needs, overlapping functions, lack of school characteristics, and resource allocation is not balanced. The government in the process of promoting the development of vocational education is irreplaceable, so the Tieling municipal government and various functional departments must understand their own in promoting the development of vocational education, the problems, analysis of the reasons, and the actual situation of Tieling vocational education, the full play of subjective initiative, targeted to strengthen and improve the government functions in promoting the development of Vocational Education in Tieling City, Tieling economic development and continuous delivery of high-quality personnel, to provide a strong guarantee for economic development in Tieling.This thesis is divided into five parts altogether.
