The educational industrialization proceed in an orderly way and step by step, with the deepening of the reform of education industry, various private training schools came into being.They perform as non academic education and training institutions in the education market in an indispensable position.As a private non academic education and training institutions, Y private training school established in 2003.In the beginning, no one knows it, but in nowadays, it has a certain degree of social recognition in the education market in Chuzhou. To a large extent to meet the diversified needs of education and training, this school changes the life of more and more learners.Nowadays, the concept of "lifelong learning" has been deeply rooted in people and has become a state of the work and life of modern people. In Chuzhou education market, the huge market demand and lower industry entry threshold makes a variety of training schools, but can hard to persist and form a certain scale. Modern human resource management theory believes that people are the most important resources, is the organization’s most potential and performance of the investment.In views of the present situation of Y private training school, the external teachers are the main body of the teachers. Therefore, Y private training school trade the external teachers as the most important resources since the establishment of the school, believes that they are the core strength of school development.
