Research On The Total Value Of Teachers' Work Stress In Chengdu Private Training Institutions

With the further advance of economic globalization and social integration,human resources is becoming more competitive.In developing countries such as China,have to put education at the top of national development.However,the increasingly fierce competition in China,in response to the college entrance examination is almost compulsory course for each student.Due to the excess population,number of institutions of higher education in China is limited,admission is also subject to certain restrictions,which intensifies the competition situation.In the midst of China's education industry,a number of private training establishments have sprung up,and a public school became the main force two of the education industry.However,whether it is public or private schools,there are a large number of students is not satisfactory,and private training institutions.Due to the uncertainty of the work time and source of instability and other reasons,private training institutions more bear than public school and private school teachers more difficult task of teaching,more pressure.Paper to Chengdu city education industry for cases,used literature information method,questionnaire survey method,statistics analysis method and interview method,select into city most with representative of 7 by private training institutions of 356 name on-the-job teachers,through issued questionnaire of form,on they of work pressure status for has survey,again statistics survey data,last used SPSS19.0 and Excel on data for data entry and Statistics analysis.Results showed that teacher's gender,age,education,work experience,star of teachers,teachers ' income overall pressure on the teacher training institutions have significant impact,and systematic analysis of its causes.Because none of the research on teacher stress at home and abroad for extracurricular research on teachers ' work pressure of private training establishments,so the results of this study will not only be able to make research more about the teachers ' pressure,and through research on teacher stress can trained pay development,teacher training,and the establishment of good corporate culture provide a realistic basis.
