Since the ministry of education decided to popularized English classes gradually in elementary school in the fall of 2001, a hot wave of English learning has been raised in primary and secondary school students in the country, followed by one of the "hot" phenomenon about bilingual teaching in English learning. Bilingual teaching is a model of teaching which use a target foreign language as the main language of instruction in the class of other discipline and aimed at learning the target language and developing the ability of multiple language. Bilingual teaching both pays attention to bilingualism and teaching. It includes international bilingual and national bilingual, which is a way of education aiming to cultivate bilingual talents.Information technology in Junior Middle school as one of the most common subject in the world is a practical and feasible course. Information technology’s many operating commands are designed in English. A lot of original computer software is in English. At the same time, junior information technology course doesn’t have the pressure of High school entrance exam. Student is relatively easy to learn it. In the process of teaching, the presentation types of curriculum content are various. Students are interested in learning information technology. So there are advantages of the bilingual teaching practice in junior information technology curriculum.There is less research about bilingual teaching in junior information technology at home and abroad. This paper, which is based on the relevant theoretical knowledge of bilingual teaching, takes the practical research as a starting point, designs and implements bilingual teaching in junior middle school information technology. Finally, summarize the practical experience, which can provide research material for peers.At first, the paper introduces domestic and foreign research about bilingual teaching in present, the significance of bilingual teaching in junior information technology curriculum, an overview of theoretical research on bilingual language containing the basic concepts, the goal and the teaching mode and junior information technology curriculum containing the discipline characteristic and the teaching goal. Second, the paper introduces the survey before bilingual teaching, the leaner analysis, the preparation about teaching material exploitation and practice teaching activities. Then, research, use and summarize the bilingual teaching strategies in the class. Show the bilingual teaching cases. At last, conduct a multi-evaluation on the bilingual teaching and give a feedback. State the conclusion of bilingual teaching practice and some of my own thinking.
