Bilingual teaching means using mother tongue and the second or foreign language to teach subjects. Bilingual teaching began in U.S after the World War II, and its purpose is to intercede the conflict among races. Since then, many nations began to carry out bilingual teaching and have good effect.IT education in junior high school stage is a practical course, it is depend on the English level and is general used in the meantime. So start the bilingual teaching in the IT courses in junior high school will bestow the good foundation on the students' development.This paper begin with studying the basic theory of the bilingual teaching, analyze the present status of the modern bilingual teaching and the characteristics of IT course in junior high school, put forward the adaptive modes for IT course in junior high school from her own teaching practice. After this it show us how to carry on this mode in bilingual teaching practice in first grade in junior high school stage. Be based upon these practices, the author table five idiographic proposals which should be attend to in the implementation in future: keeping the balance of the intensity in bilingual teaching, make use of correct teaching means, give more encourage to the students and pay more attention to the students' idea, observe the students' fettle, enhance the cooperation between teachers.Now, there is no perfect theory about bilingual teaching, in China, most study still stay in academic research. This paper emphasizes practice, study the bilingual teaching based on instructional design. We wish we could have help for other teacher the progress in practice of bilingual teaching. In the end, based our practice of teaching, the paper shows there exist some questions such as teacher and texts and so on.
