As new curriculum reform in education gets deeper and deeper, the requirement of teachers and students is higher than before in our education system. Teachers need to change the educational concept, make clear that the subject status of the course is their students, return the classroom to their student and become a leader and organizer; Students must learn to integrate knowledge with daily life, to create the corresponding value of life. However, for the moment in junior education, many students can’t even grasp the basic knowledge of books, let alone to use knowledge. Combined with the "Cooperative Learning" in my teaching region, the Math low achievement students (MLAS) Gradually improve their learning situation under the influence of teaching mode change. The "Cooperative Learning" gives chance to MLAS that their can turned to their teammates for advice when they are in trouble, their self-confidence and sense of accomplishment may be enhanced after the problem is solved and their work shows in the classroom, this teaching mode have positive effects on MLAS.By means of conducting an investigation to some schools that carry out "Cooperative Learning", this article analysis the cause of MLAS and summary the corresponding transfer measures:① It is necessary to reform the traditional teaching way, and combine self-reading with teacher guide together. ②It is necessary to reform the traditional evaluation method, adopt all kinds of appraisal ways and encourage their students all the time. ③Change their attribution and lead them go ahead in a aspiring attribution.④Change the bad learning motivation of MLAS, improve their intrinsic learning motivation.⑤ Change the learning status of MLAS, help them to develop good learning habits.⑥ Change their state of being alone, improve their interpersonal skills. To establish an experiment class and a compared class, regard the attitude to MLAS as independent variable, control the teaching mode and independent variable, collect the two classes’ performance change situation after a term of experiment, to confirm the transfer methods in my article has good maneuverability and high efficiency, doing my own small part to help teach the MLAS.
