| Era calls for talents, education cultivates talents. With the development of The Times and the deepening of curriculum reform, the demand of ability to explore history for the junior middle school students is higher and higher. Each teacher with a sense of innovation will think on this question, how to cultivate students’ thinking ability effectively and how to teach students the way of history study. Traditional teaching methods have their own advantages, but they emphasize the knowledge too much. And the ability training for students is insufficient. The students as the main body of learning don’t play a more important role. In the junior middle school history class, trying a new teaching design to transform the mode of students’ history learning and to let students really become the main body of the learning, this is the direction of this paper. In this paper, I showed two teaching cases, one is to use the traditional teaching method, the other is the inquiry-based learning with historical data in the junior school. Through the concrete analysis, the limitations of traditional teaching methods and the superiority of the inquiry-based learning with historical data will be clear at a glance. I hope more teachers can try inquiry-based learning with historical data in daily teaching selectively. |
