Since the end of last century, with the scholars deepening understanding of the nature of the Chinese course and grasping the charactersistics of the Chinese curriculum itself, the new curriculum reform is developing vigorously. Many new ideas and concept was put forward in the process of reform, many “old thinking”is endowed with the connotation of the era. The category of Chinese curriculum concept has been extended greatly. In the process of new curriculum reform, scholars elaborate it from the macroscopic angle, as well many front-line teachers analyzed and enlarged some concept through teaching practice. The two complement work together to promote the prosperity and expanding of the Chinese curriculum reform.Between these front-line teachers, special-class teacher Zhang Guirui who from Quwo county in Shanxi province develop the Chinese curriculum reform based on her abundant teaching experience and tireless exploration spirit. Especially, her systematic study in expanding type teaching concept has played a indelible contribution for the formation and expanding the concept.Where are Chinese expansion type teaching ideas come from?Expand as the popular words in Chinese curriculum reform should now how to take root in the Chinese language teaching?In the Chinese expanding type teaching should pay attention to what problem?How to grasp the expanding of the depth and width?This article is based on the above several problems, began to study Zhang Guirui’s Chinese develpoment type teaching. It will try to explore her anderstanding of expanding type teaching concept through analyzing the expression of Zhang Guirui and related teaching examples.The paper is divided into four parts altogether: the first part is the introduction part, mainly to review relevant research results of expanding type teaching. The second part is the first chapter, this chapter discusses Zhang Guirui understanding of expanding type teaching, including expanding the connotation of the teaching and the theoretical basis, etc.. The third part is the second chapter, mainly discussed how to expand the type teaching in Chinese teaching. This part mainly from the teaching content, teaching time and space to expand, and teaching methods expanding in three aspects, to explore an expanding type in Chinese teaching in the teaching of the main point. The last part is the third chapter, mainly expounds the current language development problems should be paid attention to in teaching, based on the research of the teaching examples and analysis, to explore the essence of teaching.In this paper, combining with own thinking and the new curriculum standard of ne w requirements, explore the expanding type of Zhang Guirui’s teaching ideas and concep ts.The author try to think big but study details in hand, expect to be able to drive the Chinese curriculum reform and bring some inspiration to other researchers.
