The lead-in part is the beginning of the new lesson, which can create a reasonable learning situation and raise students’ learning interest in the new knowledge. The lead-in part also can make physics knowledge learning easier. Students in Professional Normal College are new forces of teachers, who are of a new vital force for the future education cause. Improving their skills of education is conducive to themselves. It is hoped that every student can become a good high school physics teacher after graduation. Therefore, this article compares the differences and similarities the lead-in skills of the field interns and experts in order to find the problems of the students and then try to put forward some corresponding suggestions. We hope that the research can provide certain reference for the cultivation of the students. In this paper, we use the method of literature study, classroom observation and case study method. First of all, we collect and organize a large amount of relevant literature, and then summarize and research achievements of predecessors. After that, we make the lead-in evaluation sheet based on relevant theories, and use the sheet to observe the classroom teaching. Through the research, we can find some problems of the field interns. The research includes the following problems:(1) Purposeful ambiguity, it means the lead-in is lack of targeted purpose.(2) The design of lead-in is unreasonable and unscientific.(3).The lack of understanding of the students’ situation. Finally, we put forward the corresponding suggestions according to the problems:(1) Train the basic skills to strengthen the lead-in skills.(2) Increase practice to get familiar with the lead-in skills.(3) Reflect the lack of teaching to improve the lead-in skills.
