As early as February 2012,the Ministry of Education of China issued the "Professional Standards for Middle School Teachers(Trial)" document,which clearly required middle school teachers to "understand the knowledge system,basic ideas and methods of the subject they are teaching;Master the basic knowledge,basic principles and skills of the subject content taught;Understand how the subject you are teaching relates to other subjects." With the promulgate of the new curriculum standards in 2018,"subject understanding" has been put forward again as an important concept,requiring teachers to pay attention to the subject structure and dig into the subject ideas.Whether in response to the national call or in order to strengthen their own professional quality of the discipline,in-depth and detailed understanding of the discipline is of great importance.Therefore,by analyzing the content,perspective and characteristics of high school physics teachers' subject understanding,this study hopes to present the dynamic development process of expert high school physics teachers' subject understanding,so that the majority of physics educators can get inspiration in understanding the connotation of subject understanding and improving their own subject understanding level.This study using the literature research at home and abroad about the expert teachers,physics teachers understand,research present situation carries on the analysis of physical teachers' professional development,clarify the specific issues and ideas of study,define the expert teachers,understanding,physical disciplines,understand the four basic concepts,physical discipline,and the related theory has carried on the deep discussion,including the content of the high school physics teacher subject understanding,perspective and characteristics analysis.This paper mainly describes the development course of subject understanding of an expert high school physics teacher and embodies the characteristics of subject understanding in different development stages through the presentation of key events.Through the analysis of the course of the development of expert high school physics teachers' subject understanding,this paper seeks for the methods to solve the contradictions and break through the bottleneck in the course of their subject understanding development.Study found that the expert investigation by the high school physics teachers understand the development process have encountered the knowledge structure and course system does not match,the conventional view and the modern theory of sync,internal and external evaluation of contradiction and pursuit,and discipline,understand the way a single theory lag,discipline,discipline understand under powered bottlenecks,and through the combination of theoretical study and practical experience,combining the individual and the collective wisdom to successfully solve the contradiction and the bottleneck.After analyzing the characteristics of the development of physics teachers' subject understanding in domestic high school,this paper puts forward the optimization strategies of high school physics teachers' subject understanding,which are as follows: pay attention to pre-service education,make high school physics teachers' understanding of the subject as early as possible;Reasonable arrangement of various teaching tasks of physics teachers can provide more possibilities for physics teachers to optimize their own understanding of the subject.Carry out a wealth of subject activities and teaching and research activities,improve the physics teachers' subject knowledge level.
