Chemistry is responsible for cultivating the scientific literacy and innovative practice ability of middle school students.Chemical experiment plays an important role in the comprehensive implementation of the goal of chemistry curriculum reform.Junior high school chemistry curriculum standard "full time compulsory education chemistry curriculum standard(2011 Edition)" also proposed to strengthen the chemical experiment teaching,elaborated the importance of chemical experiment in junior high school chemistry.As an important part of Chemistry Teachers' professional knowledge,subject teaching knowledge(PCK)is the integration of subject and teaching in educational theory,which is of great help to teachers' professional development and will directly affect the concept and behavior of chemistry teachers in experimental teaching.Therefore,it is worthy of attention and discussion to explore chemistry teachers' experimental teaching knowledge based on PCK theory.In order to understand and improve the application of PCK in chemistry experiment teaching of junior high school chemistry teachers,the development of PCK theory and chemistry experiment teaching at home and abroad was analyzed by literature method.The composition of PCK for chemistry teachers was analyzed by referring to the definition of science teachers' PCK by Magnuson and other scholars,combined with the requirements for Chemistry Teachers under the new curriculum standard There we go.Secondly,by using the methods of interview and classroom observation,we discussed with two chemistry teachers the understanding of chemistry experiment teaching and the problems of what and how to teach a specific course,and entered the real chemistry experiment teaching classroom to observe and record the two chemistry teachers'teaching behavior.Through the observation and analysis of Chemistry Teachers' teaching consciousness and classroom teaching behavior,it is found that there are some differences in the composition of PCK among chemistry teachers with different teaching years,and the differences are analyzed.Then,using the case method and the PCK theory as the guiding ideology,the teaching design of the new PCK mode of chemical experiment teaching is designed,which is composed of a subject theme and five lines of literacy line,knowledge line,strategy line,interest line and evaluation line.Two teaching designs are designed for the subject theme of "Research on carbon dioxide production"and "neutralization reaction of acid and alkali" Through classroom observation and students' homework feedback,the teaching design is evaluated.Finally,according to the difference analysis of two chemistry teachers' PCK and the summary and reflection of the research process of chemical experiment teaching cases,some suggestions are put forward for the development of PCK in junior middle school chemistry experiment teaching.The conclusions are as follows:(1)the composition of chemistry teacher's PCK is constructed,which is divided into six parts:chemistry subject knowledge,chemistry curriculum knowledge,student knowledge,chemistry interest knowledge,chemistry teaching strategy knowledge and chemistry teaching evaluation knowledge.(2)It is found that there are some differences in the composition of PCK among chemistry teachers of different teaching ages,such as young teachers' lack of understanding of students,lack of rigorous language,lack of systematic curriculum knowledge network,excessive dependence on the teaching design and schedule of other teachers,and rigid selection of teaching strategies.(3)According to the "1+5" navigation framework of the new PCK mode of teaching design,designed two chemical experiment teaching design,through the teaching implementation and teaching evaluation found that the PCK theory design applied to the chemical experiment teaching design can greatly improve the efficiency and quality of chemical experiment teaching,help to cultivate students'scientific inquiry ability and the development of chemical core literacy It provides a reference for the further study of chemical experiment teaching.(4)Some suggestions are put forward for the development of PCK in junior middle school chemistry experiment teaching:paying attention to students' understanding of students' cognitive level,deeply studying curriculum standards and teaching materials resources,paying attention to the choice of teaching strategies and the expression of classroom language,actively innovating and improving experiments,and constantly accumulating and reflecting in practice.
