No self-time, this is the work of teachers disaster. It not only affects the physical and mental health of teachers, but also affects the normal development of school quality of teaching and students. The importance of time is that it is space, teacher lives of human development is from the beginning of the teaching profession,professional life every moment flowing time teacher of life, it should be used to promote student development and self-improvement. However, such self-time in the current school education seems to be rare.This study focused on exploring self-time primary school teachers scarce reasons.Based on the theoretical research on the use of observation, interviews and questionnaires, for the six primary school teachers were carried out a day of observation and interviews to better understand teachers’ time; using open questionnaire received 125 primary school teachers practice first-hand information, so that research questions have a certain breadth. On the basis of presentation of teachers’ self time scarcity of the status quo, through theoretical analysis and practical research,I believe that the cause of teachers’ self time scarce in that: Objectively extremely scarce self-time, including the nature of time itself, organization of time scarcity transfer and the characteristics of teachers’ work time; Subjectively a lot of wasted time system, including professional commitments bureaucratic mountain of the sea and the administrative.Time for teachers themselves scarce reason, both objectively and subjectively proposed increase teachers’ self time effective strategy. Objectively, due to the shift in the various time hope that through the formation of new social stratification of time,reducing the number of incidents and improve the utilization of the embedded fragments of time to increase the quantified self time; Subjectively, weakening the system time define and increase the rigidity of meaningful activities can help teachers get engrossed have qualitative self time.
