| The teachers’occupational well-being is a hot spots of occupational mental health research, which is reaching significance to students and teachers-self.This study focused on the teachers of domestic primary school, to explore the teachers’occupational well-being and the relationship of occupational well-being, time management and occupational identity.The present dissertation included two parts.In the first part, we developed a scale of teachers’occupational well-being, which based on relative theory and interviews with teachers from primary schools. In the second part, we discussed the relationship of teachers’occupational well-being, time management and occupational identity. By the means of stratified cluster sampling,586teachers were selected from11primary schools of Beijing. Three Scales including Occupational Well-being Scale for Primary School Teachers, Time Management Scale and Occupational Identity Scale were used in our research. The major findings were as below:(1)"Occupational Well-being Scale for Primary School Teachers" which including four subscales of achievements display, work approbation, affective support and job attractiveness were well accepted.(2) Time management directly influenced occupational well-being, and the influence of occupational identity on occupational well-being was partly mediated by time management.(3)The research shows that the occupational well-being,occupational identity and time management of the teachers with11-20years are all lower than the other aged teachers. It should cause the education departments and schools management emphasis.The occupation identity and time management skills training can promote the teachers’occupation well-being lever. |
