The Study Of Aerobics Curriculum In Physical Education Major Of Hebei Province Universities And Colleges Under The Orientation Of Market

With the rapid development of society,the demand for the demand for the aerobics talent market is increasing day in Hebei Province.Large numbers of aerobics professional talents are urgently needed to respond to the Partys call to promote the long-term development of sports.Therefore,aerobics curriculum in physical education major of universities and colleges are needed to better improve.We implemented the National Mediun-and Long-Term Plan for Education Reform and Development,guided bythe market need,cultivating the complex typed aerobics talent to improve specialized aerobics system.In this paper, the requirements of the aerobics talent market and aerobics curriculum have been studied in physical education major in colleges and universities of Hebei Province by using the research methods of literature, interview,logical analysis and statistics and so on. The difference problems existed and relevant suggestions and countermeasures are discussed between the demand for the present aerobics talent market and aerobics curriculum in physical education major of universities and colleges in Hebei Province.Conclusions:(1)There are many aspects that need to be perfected or refined such as teaching content, teaching methods, the goal of talents training and so on in their curriculum of aerobics among the present 15 physical education major institutes of Hebei Province.(2)At this stage, non-professional and part-time aerobic teachers have still occupied larger proportion because of the requirements of a society such as the differences of teachers between the newly-upgraded university and the traditional university, which will affect the overall level of aerobics talent development.(3)It needs some enforcement on their creative abilities and teaching capabilities because the variety of physical education training objective and the larger proportion of aerobic general health course in universities and colleges in Hebei Province.(4)The teaching time is various in their curriculum of among the present 15 physical education major institutes of Hebei Province.It is bad for training of aerobics professional talents because the relatively few teaching time of some colleges and universities is impossiles to achieve the goal of curriculum.
