Under the dual background of the new round of basic education curriculum reform and the new college entrance examination reform, continuously improve the selectivity of autonomy of students learning. At the same time, due to genetic factors and acquired growth environment, the background of the different between students of different also larger, which makes the stratified teaching the teaching mode to be taken seriously. Traditional classroom teaching mode, due to differences in students not only the existing disciplines of basic knowledge, unified schedule of teaching is not only will contusion is a good foundation for the students’ enthusiasm for learning, and it also causes poor foundation of learning, the learning ability needs to improve students learning more difficult, resulting in complete loss of confidence in the course of learning. In contrast, there are a lot of advantages of stratified teaching, which is conducive to student learning is conducive to teachers’ teaching. However, although the stratified teaching has many kinds of important significance, but in the field of Ideological and political discipline about the layered teaching research is still small, research on layered teaching in the field of Ideological and political discipline practice is less. Therefore, we hope to fully study the theory of stratified teaching by literature research method, and in the comparative study at home and abroad about the layered teaching existing theory, research and the actual case analysis and summary based on, put forward the scientific, reasonable to students stratification approach and in layered science is designed, which is suitable for high school thought political lesson to implement practical scheme of stratified teaching, practical scheme for the implementation the advantages and the possible problems of the reflection.The first part of this paper is related to the concept of stratified teaching exposition. At present, many domestic and overseas scholars have recognized advantages of stratified teaching, but different definition of stratified teaching is controversial. Some scholars think that the teaching should be a kind of teaching philosophy; some scholars believe that teaching is a teaching method; some scholars believe that the stratified teaching is a teaching mode. This paper analyses various viewpoints and reality, summarized the concept of stratified teaching for the ideological and political classroom teaching. In addition, the first part of this paper also defines the specific concept of Ideological and political course teaching and analyzes the unique ideological and political course teaching.The second part is the principle of stratification on the stratified teaching and research on stratified strategy. The student stratification is the first step of stratified teaching, scientific and rational stratification is conducive to the smooth implementation of stratified teaching, so the second part of the paper attempts to put forward for ideological and political course, the implementation of the principle of layered stratified teaching and under the guidance of the principles of stratification proposed the stratified strategy of concrete, stratified strategy includes the stratified method of concrete and existing several stratified model.The third part is the practice scheme of layered teaching in Ideological and political course. The ultimate goal of the theory is to guide practice, and to double withstood the test of time and practice. The third part is the focus of this study, put forward a feasible scheme of Ideological and political course teaching, and provide reference for the majority of researchers and teachers.The fourth part is the reflection on the stratified teaching mode. A reflection to progress, often look back to see the road there are those gains and losses. Reflection on the stratified teaching mode is not to deny the stratified teaching reflection, also see the advantages of stratified teaching, put forward the stratified teaching problems in order to better the development of stratified teaching.The ideological and political course teaching is to meet the requirements of the new college entrance examination and reform of both old and young teaching mode of new curriculum reform, is the needs of the new era of teaching. This study put forward some new schemes based on the previous research, and provide the reference for the research and practice on the ideological and political course teaching in stratified teaching of the future.
