"National medium and long term education reform and development plan(2010-2012)" clearly put forward "we should pay attention to the education of 0-3 years old infants and young children". With the promulgation and implementation of the program, people’s attention to early childhood education especially 0-3 years of age has reached an unprecedented height, at the same time, a wide variety of early education institutions came into being. As the capital of Hebei Province, Shijiazhuang early education institutions of various kinds, but the quality is uneven. Let the children go to early education institutions has become a popular fashion, sought after by many young parents, many parents don’t even hesitate to spend huge sums of money "so that their children can win at the starting line. As we all know, the quality of teachers, the level of teachers is the key to ensure the effectiveness of teaching. But at present our country colleges almost has not yet opened early childhood teachers in the profession, then early institutions teachers mainly from what professional? What is the standards to recruitment teachers ? How is early childhood teachers professional knowledge and skills? How is the teacher’s professional ethics? Can they really afford to guide the role of scientific parenting? Through the study of Shijiazhuang city early childhood institutions teacher quality, analysis the reasons of constraint Shijiazhuang city early childhood institutions teachers to enhance their level and proposed coping strategies from the government, early education institutions, teachers, parents.This study is divided into five parts. The first part is the introduction. First, it introduces the reason of choosing this topic. Secondly, it introduces the core concepts and the theoretical and practical significance of this research. At the same time, the related literature at home and abroad is reviewed, the results and deficiencies of the existing literature are analyzed, and the innovation points of this study are pointed out. Finally, it points out the research purpose and the research method of this research. The second part is the analysis of the basic situation of the early education institutions of Shijiazhuang city. The third part is the main part of this study, selection of Shijiazhuang City, different nature, different size of early education institutions of early childhood teachers as the research object, based on design questionnaire on Teachers’ quality status were investigated. Questionnaire from the teacher’s basic situation of teachers’ personal and professional background analysis, concept of teacher education and professional identity, teachers’ professional knowledge and professional skills, professional ethics of teachers, teacher professional development(teacher professional development consciousness and professional development opportunities), analysis the present situation of teachers’ quality early childhood institutions. The fourth part points out the existing teachers’ quality early education institutions in Shijiazhuang City, analyses the reason with the interview. The fifth part on the basis of the analysis of the reasons of the problems, from the aspects of education management departments, early education, early education, parents and teachers put forward effective suggestions: the educational management departments should strengthen supervision of early childhood institutions, the early market norms;Set up early education major, improve the personnel training mechanism; Second, early childhood institutions should improve early childhood teachers in the entry access standards; Strengthen the training level of teachers; Third, teachers should constantly improve their own quality and professional ethics; Continuous learning the early childhood teachers needed professional knowledge and professional skills; Fourth, parents should play a role, the "early baton", pay more attention to the investigation on the quality of early childhood teachers;At the same time, to better achieve their home education, parents should establish a scientific concept of parenting.
