The early modern music education involves many subjects such as education,audiology,psychology and medical science which lay emphasis on the development of young children's character,intelligence and health.Through the use of scientific theories,the young children are helped to grow up healthier and better.At a young age,it is the time when the human brain grows at the highest speed.With scientific analysis,the various sections of the child are developed in accordance with the rules of law.In this way,a teaching program that meets the requirements of the law can be formulated,and students can be better equipped in the light of their different character and ability,and they can develop a good health for their young children.In recent years,many places have continued to build up various types of early learning opportunities on the basis of foreign-related arguments and patterns.The advent of music education has been very rapid including Yantai City.But what are the functions and meaning of music education in the early days? What's so special about the contents of early music education and how to do it? How do you know the special rules of music? How can we increase the level of music education in the early days? There are still some blind spots for identification and practice.Through a full-scale investigation of the aerobics,hearing papers,information papers and computer systems in the Shanxi Province,the article studied the role,meaning,methodology and theory of music education in the early stages of education,and studied the early form of music education that would be appropriate for the physical and psychological development of young children.Through a comprehensive understanding of the music early teaching institutions in Yantai City,this paper analyzes the present situation of music teaching methods and Orf music teaching methods,which are the most often used in the early stage of music education.Music cultivation is a method in the teaching method of multi-music.The main goal of music cultivation is to help children to develop sensory,emotional,cognitive,physical coordination and so on.The Alfred Music Teaching Method focuses on the nurturing of children's circus sensation through the way of on-the-spot feeling,which will lay the foundation for further music learning in the future.Based on the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process,this paper constructs a development quality assessment system for early education institutions aged 0-3 years in yantai region,which includes four criteria lever indicators.The results of the evaluation indicate that the Faculty strengthis the highest impact factor,with a value of 0.564,and the next is the curriculum model,with a value of0.258.The four criterion level indicators include 15 program level indicators,and the teacher training,curriculum content and teaching and research ability are the key indicators that affect the development of music education institutions in the early 0-3 years old,with a value of 0.318,0.146,0.145 respectively.By further analysing the state of early musical education in Taiwan,and the problems that exist,this article proposes feasible ways to improve teaching and learning concepts,to enhance capital construction,to re-examine family education,and to strengthen government management,so as to promote the early development of early learning and healthy development of early music education in other similar places.
