Middle school biology curriculum is an important subject in the field of science curriculum teaching. The teaching of science course can not be separated from the experiment and exploration. The progress of science and technology provides a steady stream of power for the development of society. The research on how to carry out the teaching of science curriculum is increasing day by day. To explore the way of teaching, so that students study the process of scientific research on the process of understanding the concept of education has gradually been concerned by the education sector. The national Ministry of education in 2003 promulgated the "ordinary high school biology curriculum standard(Experiment)", put forward to advocate students to carry out inquiry learning, teachers to carry out inquiry teaching. There are three basic forms of inquiry teaching, and experimental inquiry is the most basic form. It is under the guidance of teachers, so that students through the more complete scientific experiments, to obtain scientific knowledge, understanding of the scientific spirit and experience the process of scientific inquiry. The process of doing scientific experiments is similar to the process of scientific inquiry, including the explanation from the problem of discovery to the problem. This paper intends to combine the experimental study and design of teaching strategies, in the high school biology classroom teaching, the experimental study of teaching strategies in practice.This research is based on the practice of experimental inquiry teaching strategy in senior high school biology teaching. It adopts the way of combining theory with practice, and makes a systematic analysis of the experimental inquiry teaching strategy. Mainly uses the literature research, action research, observation and other research methods, carried out the following three aspects of the work:First, the collection, reading and analysis of the literature, the extraction of effective information theory;Second, first based on the meaning of experimental inquiry and the eight elements from the textbook "molecular and cell" in the textbook "molecular and cell" in order to sort out the teaching content of the experimental inquiry teaching strategy. Teaching design based on the experimental inquiry teaching strategy. Then two classes were selected as samples, and the control experiment was carried out. Doing teach reflection after the implementation of teaching. Finally, the observation method is used to evaluate the students’ learning effect.Third, finishing process research, draw practical conclusions:(1) preparation based on experiment inquiry teaching strategy of teaching design can effectively help teacher experiment inquiry teaching;(2) experiment inquiry teaching strategies of teaching. In a certain extent can improve learning efficiency of students.
