Middle school history curriculum standard(syllabus) is the authority of middle school history teaching guidance documents. The teaching method of middle school history class is changeable, so it is difficult to do a unified research of it.This research will be based on the guidance outline of middle school history teaching file- in the middle school history curriculum standard(syllabus) related to the teaching content, to the overall research to one hundred middle school history teaching development and change, for the perfect and development of the present stage of middle school history teaching, to provide using for reference. The research methods of this article will mainly using the literature research and comparison method. In the first chapter of thesis, the writer in the 20 th century, the 21 st century the evolution of middle school history curriculum standard(syllabus), the key to comb the curriculum standard(syllabus) is the main content of the law, arrange for more than one hundred years of middle school history teaching development clues. The second chapter of the thesis, will be divided into three period, that is the late Qing period, the Republican period, and since the founding of new China, to detail various periods since the late Qing dynasty to 2011 history curriculum standard(syllabus) in the middle school history teaching the main content and characteristics. Finally the third chapter, in one hundred to the teaching of middle school history lesson standard(syllabus) summary and reflection, in order to further promote the application and development of middle school history teaching method in the new period. Throughout one hundred years of high school history teaching method, the advantages of both be advocated, such as emphasized the subject status of students in learning, to advocate the heuristic teaching, attach importance to the cultivation of the core accomplishment of students and so on. There is also insufficient, such as one-sided study abroad teaching methods, teaching methods are greatly influenced by the politics, the full implementation of the development of teaching research results have difficulty and so on, this requests us in the new era to rationally deal with the teaching of teachers and students relations, the rational approach to traditional and western teaching methods, teaching theory research should be combined with high school history teaching practice and etc. Throughout the curriculum standard(syllabus) in the middle school history teaching development in one hundred, tend to have some disadvantages. This requests us under the existing experience, a new exploration, reflection, and improve constantly.
