Historical understanding ability as the key ability for students in learning history,to guide students to understand history,explore history education value,history,and play a crucial role,how to gradually improve students in history teaching history of understanding ability,is each a history teacher should pay attention to the practical problems.And historical understanding ability and improve students,is closely related to the choice of teaching method,"the history empathy" refers to the teachers by means of text,images and historical,by as much as possible to restore historical situation for students,guide students to see history in the history of the development of the situation,standing on the position of historical figures of understanding the history of a kind of teaching method,the teaching method to train students' correct view,promote historical understanding is of great significance,therefore,the use of "the history empathy" to cultivate high school students the history of understanding ability,has certain research value and practical significance.At first,the paper defines the concepts of the history empathy teaching method and the historical understanding ability.On the basis of discussing the connotation of the two,it excavates the internal correlation between the history empathy teaching method and the cultivation of the historical understanding ability of senior high school students.Second is to use "the history empathy teaching method to cultivate high school students" history understanding the necessity and feasibility analysis,in order to make the study more convincing,the author organize the related "the history empathy teaching method," found that the history empathy teaching method to cultivate and promote high school students to understand the history of ability is not only necessary,but also have a certain operability;Finally in order to fully confirm "the history empathy" teaching method to cultivate and improve students ability to understand history has certain achievements,the author in a high school for the teaching practice,to "the history empathy" teaching method to practice the strategy as the foundation,with the two song period of the political and military lesson as an example,through the preparation before class,class,operation and feedback after class show in three stages: the process of teaching,at the same time,based on teaching practice,from the summary " the history empathy method" the cultivation of the ability to understand and improve the teaching effect of practice as well as have encountered problems,This paper also puts forward some suggestions for teaching problems,in order to provide reference for the application of the spiritual the history empathy in the training of senior high school students' understanding ability of history.The practice has proved that properly carrying out the history teaching of "the history empathy" is helpful to stimulate students' interest in history study to some extent,improve students' desire to explore history,cultivate students' correct view of history,and thus gradually cultivate and improve students' ability of understanding history.
