The 21 st century is a new era of rapid development in science and technology.The scienceand technology has affected every aspect of society including education.Nowdays,computers,projectors and other teaching instruments have been s widespread in many rural middle school.The Computer Assisted Instructionhas become one of the really effective assistedteaching method.Due tothe developmentof the facility and technology,it makes the video teaching method can be used in daily teaching.In history class of middle school,the video teaching method can not only meet the new current refrom' s requirements that making full use of video material to promote students' s study interests,but also can enjoy the teaching convenience though making full use of development of science and technology properly.This topic uses the empirical research method.Though making questionnaires and interviews to rural country students in Jian and Xinguo two countries of south Jiangxi province.This topic has researched the video teaching method of middle school history in the new current reform.It tried to find the solutions to part questions appeared during research to make the video teaching method can contribute some help to middle school history teaching,especially in rural middle school history teaching.The main content of this topic chapters is as follows: The first part is introduction.This chapter mainly introduces the topic selection reason and purpose,research status and research thinking method.At the same time,on the basis of predecessors' research,to find the the new enter point to makes the study of this topic has innovation and breakthrough.The next three chapters are as follow,the first chapter is the theoretical research part.Though research the predecessors' research results of video teaching method and multimedia teaching method,this part explains the conception definition,contact and distinction of each other.At the same time,It also explain the theory related video teaching method.The second chapter isthe empirical research part,this chapter is the focus of this article.this chapter explains that why need to use video teaching method in middle school history teaching in new curriculum reform.It is mainly because of the limitations of traditional teaching methods.Besides,the video teaching method play a positive role in encouraging student's interest,educating student's emotion altitude and person value and promoting student's history score,etc.One the other side,Textbook writing also have its limitations,the new curriculum reform puts forward new requirements to the middle school history teaching.In addition,through making questionnaires and interviews to field investigationand practice to rural middle school in southern Jiangxi province,It explains the present situation and problems when conducting the video teaching method at rural middle school,it also put forward the detail solution to problem at the same time.At the end,,in the last chapter,also the third chapter,it explains that using the video teaching method in middle school history teaching must follow the following principles: moderation principle,scientific principle,relevance principle,educational principle and so on.It introduces the operating procedure of video teaching method with the actual teaching case.The video teaching method is one of the many teaching methods in history teaching.We should pay attention to some problems when conduct video teaching method to take the advantages of video teaching.
