The twenty-first century, China’s urbanization rate faster transfer of migrants from the early migration of the individual to the family unit gradually migrate changes, the number of migrant children is thus growing rapidly. Since the flow of physical and mental development of children is not mature, self-regulation is not strong, and therefore a higher universal loneliness. The present study was to learn their own knowledge of professional social work, social work values view, the use of social work philosophy of self-reliance to help others through group carry out a variety of professional social work activities, in the event summary to improve the psychological adaptation of migrant children professional social work methods and means, at the same time, also in group social activities before the learning contents practical test, the purpose is to explore the formation of a working group of social adaptation of the program of activities to enhance the flow of child psychology.This paper selects a public elementary school in Haidian District, Beijing, fifth grade 42 migrant children for the study. Before the event the official launch, we mainly through questionnaires and case interview method for these migrant children to participate in the activities of a preliminary investigation of their basic conducted a preliminary understanding, this allows us to post-group activities can more targeted to improve the purpose of group activities. This thesis research ideas mainly through the use of professional social work theory, to carry out "large-scale public events child development-My Secret Garden" in the Haidian District X school activities, group activities carried out a total of five times, each time activities will 42 members of the group themselves into six groups combination, assistants and social workers, a total of 10. By social workers and migrant children undertaken jointly explore those five group activities designed to help children improve the flow of self-awareness, eliminate inferiority complex, enhance self-confidence, develop good relationships, a more intimate parent-child relationship, and to improve its psychological adaptability. After the end of the group activities, group activities were assessed and reflection, and then put forward their views and recommendations to serve migrant children hoping to contribute to the psychological adaptation.In this paper, design theme activities group activities will increase the psychological adaptation of migrant children is divided into five stages, namely to improve self-awareness, self confidence, stimulate interest in learning, improve parent-child relationship, the inflow into the urban life of five parts, each of the end of the event will reflect on the current activities and summarized, and the corresponding improvement measures put theory into practice, but also a step by step to verify the importance of combining theory and practice.
