Study On The Intervention Of Peer Group Communication In The Mode Of Psychological And Social Treatment Of Migrant Children

Migrant children from the familiar to the social environment, followed by migrant parents came to the city society, their psychological status and external performance must accept a great deal of changes. The author thinks that, with peer groups is important to realize the way of children's socialization, the lack of family education resources is particularly important to the floating children.This study adopts the case execution of work, using the method of questionnaire and interview method as the main data collection method, under the guidance of theory of psychosocial treatment mode, are involved in the peer groups of floating children L exchanges, to enhance the director self-awareness, improve the peer relations as the goal,to carry out case work service. In the beginning of a relationship, the director of the analysis of the physiological, psychological and society levels, according to the facts that the psychological dynamic diagnosis and FenLeiShi diagnosis, and then evaluate director in verbal expression, to improve behavior and academic performance requirement in ascension. The focus of this study is to use psychosocial treatment mode of direct and indirect method of combining the treatment, emphasis on individual job skills. Direct treatment including support, direct influence and people- situation reflects, indirect treatment including the intervention of peer groups and community use of environmental resources. In the end, the director to realize the change of the three aspects: from swearing to polite, and peer relations not harmonious to help others, from repulsive to groups to participate in collective activity.Practical experience has shown that psychosocial treatment mode in the case of L produced certain service effect, this model has certain applicability of floating children groups, case work involved in floating children peer group interaction has practical significance. Process based on practice and research, the author reflected on theapplication of psychosocial treatment mode, the floating children case work service mode selection are proposed, summarizes the important influence on tip in case work.
