A Study Of Group Social Work On Interpersonal Adapatation Of Migrant Children

With the increase of migrant workers in rural areas,the group of migrant children began to gradually enter people’s field of vision,and are increasingly concerned by the social work field.Migrant children are at a crucial stage of growth and development,and they need a stable and safe living environment and a positive and continuous education and guidance.However,the unique identity and special growth environment of the children of Migrant Workers have to a large extent caused them to be troubled by social adjustments such as interpersonal adaptation,resulting in the problem of interpersonal adaptation.The World Health Organization has stated precisely that health,in addition to the physical and mental health that people generally recognize,emphasizes the importance of social adaptation in the health category.Therefore,the research topic of this article is the interpersonal adaptation of migrant children.The students of Beijing Q Primary School are the subjects of the study.Questionnaires and interviews are conducted on the children of the fourth and fifth grades of the school to find out that they are particularly suited to peers.There are problems in the aspects,which are specifically reflected in the four aspects of music group,cooperation,trust and altruism.In view of this situation,the study used the group’s social work to develop a growth group with the theme of interpersonal adaptation for migrant children.This group aims to make migrant children have a deeper understanding and understanding of self and interpersonal adaptation,and promote the interpersonal adaptation status of migrant children to achieve a healthier life growth state.Through the development of the group’s social work,it has been found that the team members have improved their peers’ interpersonal adaptation,and they are embodied in the group’s nature and cooperation.The practice of the group’s social work on the interpersonal adaptation of migrant children demonstrates the feasibility of the group’s social work in improving the interpersonal adaptation of migrant children,accumulating the practice for the future migrant children’s studies and interpersonal adaptation studies,and also for the group’s social work.Its advantages and limitations complete a deeper and more tangible awareness.
