Moral education is the education of soul, and has always been concerned by people.Especially as the quality of education has become the main theme of all types of schools at alllevels, moral education attracts people’s more attention. Kindergarten moral education is themoral education received by young children in pre-school institutions of professional, whichnot only has a special significance for young children’s life but also pays an important role indemonstration, leading, radiation of young children’s moral education in the whole society. Inrecent years, though the overall goal of the kindergarten moral education and teaching contentare clearly defined by the <<Kindergarten guidelines>> and <<kindergarten workprocedures>>, the teaching effect of kindergarten moral education is not ideal. There are nosignificant changes in the cognitive and behavioral of young children’s moral educationcompared with before learning, and the young children can’t internalize the learned goodmoral characters into their behavior, and some children even has the phenomenon of “Knowthe meaning, but does not follow suit”.The research direction of this paper is how to build a kindergarten moral educationsystem as an integrity. Selecting three large-scale kindergartens with different nature of officepark in Taiyuan and5children with poor performance in the moral aspects as researchsubjects, a week-long observation is implemented. By attending course lectures, taking notesand issuing questionnaire to the parents, this paper deeply dig out the existing problems ofkindergarten moral education. And in order to really improve the efficiency of kindergartenmoral education and to help children establish good moral character, Kindergarten、family andcommunity should communicate and cooperate with each other to achieve the common goalof young children’s moral education, and to build a kindergarten moral education system as anintegrity.
