| With the advancement of the education reform, people’ s understanding of English, a kind of language discipline of instrumental and humanistic,is more abundant and diverse. And the teachers pay more attention to the organic integration of Tri-dimensional Goals,which requires teachers’ far-sight to the development of the students’ growth.In the teaching process, the setting of teaching objectives, the adoption of teaching method and the controlling of teaching process,to a great extent, affect the actual teaching effect.However,there is no unified evaluation standard to the effect of classroom teaching in academic circle.Under the background of the New Curriculum Reform,the effectiveness of English classroom teaching is a kind of teaching activity of which teachers and students follow the basic norms of teaching, teachers choose the best teaching mode, take the best teaching strategy to achieve the maximum value of the target of the knowledge and ability, process and method, emotional attitude and value in a specific period of time.And finally students’ comprehensive ability to be improved in a limited time,simultaneously,laying a foundation for their sustainable development.As the trend of rapid change in various area of economic, politics,culture and education,English teaching made some progress gradually in Kashgar Region. From the overall point of view, the schools of superior conditions have English courses. In a certain extent, English teaching quality in “Min Kao Han†would influence the teaching quality of other classes,that is,the great achieved success of English teaching in the “Min Kao Han†classes will help the promotion and effective implementation in ordinary classes.From the survey,the author found that in the practice teaching process,teachers and students of “Min Kao Hanâ€class have different attitudes by the different culture of the three Uighur,Chinese,English languages. In addition to the conventional problems,it also has problems of the aspects of language transfer and code switching among the three languages in English teaching,as well as the attitudes towards the different cultures which are carried by the three languages.Therefore,compared with the English classes in Chinese and English languages background, the English classroom teaching in “Min Kao Han†is more special and complex.Researching methods are integrated used in this article which are interviews,classroom observation,case analysis.Some teaching problems are existing,such as vague teaching objective,unclear point,single teaching mode,loose classroom management,inappropriateteaching methods and so on. Therefore, the author analyze the results of students learning and teacher’s teaching based on the interview and observation records to reveal the characteristics of the classroom teaching and the existing problems. Approaching the influence factors,such as society,school,parents,teachers,students,classroom environment of the classroom teaching.Finally,it is proposed the pertinent strategies that grasp the overall situation of the key link and steps of teaching,which expect to help the Uygur English teaching in a certain extent. |
