Cooperative learning is a creative and effectively new kind of teaching organization form, which dates back to the USA in the 1970s and was greatly promoted and developed from the mid-1970s to the mid-1980s.In recent years, in terms of the revolution of the teaching organization form, combining theories and the experiments, the education in China has been making active explorations and practices to cooperative leaning and made some progress.Under the guidance of "The Learning Theory of Constructivism" "Humanistic Theory", using methods of Experiment, Interview, my paper makes practical discussions in experimental class where we carried out cooperative learning in different class patterns, as well, finally we made comparisons to the results of the experiments using questionnaire survey.According to different class patterns of senior biology, such as tasks-training, experiment course, new knowledge, tests-instructing, the paper carries out cooperative learning by adopting different teaching strategies to search for teaching models which are suitable to the features of Biology and compare and analyze the effects cooperative learning has on the learning interests, attitudes, self-learning abilities and grades. The result of carrying out cooperative learning in the cl ass of senior biology shows that:Before the experiment there are no obvious differences between the two classes. After experimental class’s carrying cooperative learning, there come great differences in the tests. The research shows that the experimental class having carried out cooperative learning has created great advantages in grades, interests, attitudes and the abilities of self-learning over the class with traditional teaching models, which means that we reached our goal to improve teaching efficiency of different patterns of biology class, to promote the change of the students learning methods and a Science Literacy.
