Nowadays education needs teachers to promote knowledge, and achieve mastery through a comprehensive study. In the new high school biology curriculum, the cooperation and communication ability is one of the important objectives.Effective cooperation and exchanges in the cooperative learning group can be one of the best ways to implement effectively excellent teaching. Cooperative learning, however, can sometimes be just a formality-something that is not useful. This is because of the lack of effective guidance in the implementation process. The "2+2" pattern cooperative learning group means that the teacher prepares 2 classes, and then reflects and works on these classes twice. The purpose is to reflect on teaching practice and make suitable adjustments to make a perfect teaching.This article is based on a high school biology classroom cooperative learning group study, using the questionnaire survey method. I used the observation method, and did research on improving my method, using contrast experiment method, the selection of two parallel class, in order to perfect my 2+2" pattern implementation and eliminate independent variables. I based my classes on the practical teaching in these experimental classes with four-people study groups, proposed in view of the new teaching. Classes focused on revision and cooperative learning. In order to promote student’s grades, and encourage the biological interest in learning, students’ cooperation consciousness and cooperation skills were prioritized. Issues such as biological learning motivation, classroom atmosphere were the dependent variables while strict controls were placed on independent variables, data statistics, and data analysis.After a semester of study, we found that the "team cooperation study 2+2" mode had achieved very impressive teaching effects in a short time. It not only improved the students’ academic performance, but maybe more importantly the transformation of class \underachievers. The teaching practice has had an obvious effect, it also improved the students’ learning interest in biology, their cooperation consciousness and cooperation skills. This helped to enhance the students learning motivation in biology and it really improved the class atmosphere. In the future, this article-"Team Cooperation Study 2+2" Model Theory may be used as reference material for teaching practice.
