Along with the State Council "on Further Strengthening the cultural education of athletes and athletes to protect the work of the guidance" in 2010, the introduction of the top-down at tent ion to the cultural education of athletes. This attention to sports school for a long time the weight training light culture situation has been greatly improved, more and more students began to learn, teachers teaching achievement feel ing more and more strong, enthusiastic teaching higher and higher. Set up guidelines and the evening sports school auditorium of the new curriculum reform; provide favorable conditions for the development of sports school-based curriculum.In this study, through six parts describe the development and practice of "chemistry and health" Curriculum. The first part is the introduction, explains the research background, content, method, purpose and significance; the second part is core concept definition and theoretical basis, the concepts of curriculum, school-based curriculum, school-based curriculum development and the theory of multiple intelligences are described; the third part is the literature review, said the research situation on the subject at home and abroad to understand; the fourth part is the research and development of the curriculum, the principle and implementation of the curriculum development objectives, followed are elaborated; the fifth part is the practice of curriculum design, teaching on the five chapter, the practical teaching process were investigated after knowledge test and the questionnaire before class; the sixth part makes a summary with the reflection of the research.The research of this subject has achieved fruitful results. There are tangible and intangible in these results. In the form of a new school, we have accumulated the teaching design, teaching courseware and teaching papers about this course, which is invisible, such as the development of school based curriculum development experience, and the students’knowledge in chemistry and health. Meanwhile, this study also shows that the "chemistry and health" of the school-based curriculum in the school set up feasible.
