Children aged 5 to 6 years are the critical period of mental development.With the progress of society,people are paying more and more attention to the development of the mental health of preschool children.Most of the predecessors' studies have clarified that a single sport can promote the development of the mind of preschool children,but the diversity The impact of physical education curriculum on the mental health of preschool children is not clear.This article aims to explore the relationship between diversity sports curriculum and children's mental development,and to provide a new research direction for further promoting the development of mental development of preschool children.This dissertation mainly uses expert interview method,literature data method,experiment method,data statistics method and other methods to perform group sports training for 40 preschool children in two major classes of Dongjia Kindergarten in Jinan City.,One of the two classes was randomly assigned to the control group and the other to the experimental group.The control group used 12 weeks of regular physical activity courses,and the experimental group used 12 weeks of diversity sports courses.The results of the experiment after 12 weeks are as follows:(1)In the intelligence test items,there was a significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in the index of wood pattern items(P<0.01),of which the experimental group(X±S)was 14.54±1.56,and the control group was 10.58.±3.68,maze project indicators produced a difference(P <0.05)in the experimental group(X ± S)14.70 ± 2.14,control group 11.08 ± 4.29,in the same word,comprehension questions,animal housing,picture fill in deficiency,verbal IQ,operation Although there was no significant difference in IQ between IQ and total IQ(P>0.05),similar synonym for experimental group(X±S)9.69±2.98,control group 7.50±2.28 for comprehension X±S)for experimental group 9.85±2.51,control group 9.00±2.98,animal house X±S)experimental group 8.84±2.08,control group 8.50±2.88,picture supplement deficiency X±S)experimental group 9.62±2.06,control group 8.25±2.99,geometrical pattern X±S)experimental group 15.92± 2.72,control group 13.67±4.25,verbal IQ X±S)experimental group 102.00±11.18,control group 96.08±13.18,operating IQ group 118.23±9.74,control group 104.83±22.89,total IQ X±S)experimental group 111.23± 10.06,control group 100.25±18.69.(2)In the mental health indicators,there was a significant difference between the experimental group and the control group(P<0.05),the experimental group was 5.65±0.59,the control group was 5.00±1.14,and the cognitive ability,emotion and will,and sociality.Living habits,language items for significant differences(P> 0.05)Among cognitive ability items(X ± S)experimental group 1.80 ± 0.41,control group 11.10 ± 1.79,emotional and volitional(X ± S)experimental group 1.80 ± 0.41,control group 1.52 ± 0.51,social(X ± S)experimental group 9.00 ± 1.72,control group 9.00 ± 1.64,living habits(X ± S)experimental group 7.10 ± 1.45,control group 7.10 ± 1.30,language items(X±S)in the experimental group was 11.45±2.06 and the control group was 11.38±2.47.Comparing data on the impact of diversity sports and conventional sports on promoting the mental development of preschool children,the following conclusions have been drawn:(1)The diversity sports curriculum has a significant effect on the observation and perception of children aged 5 to 6 years,and the abstraction and summarizing power also have different degrees of directivity,but the effect on memory improvement is not obvious.(2)Diversity sports courses have a significant role in promoting the development of children's motor skills in 5-6 years old children.Cognitive ability,emotion and will,and language are all improved to varying degrees,but the impact on living habits is not obvious.
