The health of teenagers is the bases of improving the quality of the national population, but now we often heard the news about health risk behaviors among students. So health education is very important. As a Supporting body of school health education, Sports and health courses plays an important role. But through the method of documentary and survey can knows that at present, most of the health education in physical education courses still stay with the current situation research, and the situation shows that most of the health education in physical education courses is in the form of theory, Students’satisfaction and the learning effect is not high. So in this paper, the author mainly through the action research method, Aiming at the existing problems, According to the health related content mentioned in the "sports and health course standard" and the characteristics of all kinds of sports, put forward the teaching action plan to combine the health education in sports practice classes. During the process of the action research, using the observation method, physical analysis, questionnaire investigation and mathematical statistics to analysis the teaching effect of experimental classes and the traditional teaching that in comparative classes, and through continuous action, observation and reflection summarizing the strategies of combining health and physical education.The conclusion is as follows:1 Through the investigation result about knowledge, attitude and behavior, we can know that both the two forms can promote the study effect. But the effect of fusing theory and practical on knowledge is better than pure theory teaching.2 In the teaching process, set the conceptual knowledge in related application knowledge, make the student after get some practice experience, deepen the understanding of concepts, which can effectively promote the combination of the direct experience and indirect experience; In the process of applied knowledge and sports practice, the students have the relevant experience of health knowledge can experience through practice first, then be guided to think, summary, review and explain again by teachers; For the knowledge that students have less experience can be carried out by the teacher to interpretation of the relevant theory knowledge first, then guide students to use these knowledge in the process of sports practice.3 Through teaching and research, we can know that most students have got some knowledge about healthy life style、good eating habit and sports, but know little about taking exercise and keeping weight scitifically. In the area of safely exercise, most students have got some knowledge about warming-up and sport damage, but know little about sport illness.4 Teaching should take physical exercise as the main content, integrated into health education knowledge timely, not a presumptuous guest usurps the host’s role; Fully considering the latent factors of teaching, be included in the plan of teaching content.5 Selection of novel, diverse teaching methods, like creating situation, experience the effect, cases and task driven method to encourage students to combine theory knowledge and sport practice, promote students’active learning effectively, then teach others to these knowledge and applied into real life, to consolidate what they have learned.6 Form health behavior habits is a process of daily accumulation, So should pay attention to the combination of process evaluation and end evaluation, in the process of teaching, tell students that their last marks lied on three parts, their daily performance, sports skills and theory exam.
