Mathematical proposition is the connection between concepts and concept, mainly including theorem, axiom, formulas, laws, and inference, converse theorem and so on, and proposition is higher than the concept of learning, is a high level of cognition. Mathematical proposition teaching is the basis of the mathematical disciplines, and contains many mathematical thought methods, is an important technique to culture the students’ thinking ability, mathematical proposition learning directly affects the cultivation of students’ thinking ability and logical reasoning ability, and lays a solid foundation in the proposition of learning, helps students establish a good cognitive structure, and learning new knowledge and skills have a vital role.Problem situation teaching that is based on situated learning and deconstructionism theory in teaching, emphasis on mathematical problem as the core, teachers for the students to build realistic, life problem situation, or the specific situation of the implicit math problems, let the student in learning proposition in the process of active find the problem. Emphasis on teachers should be as auxiliary, director of the students, to students as the main body, Teachers to understand students’ existing knowledge structure, in the student’s recent development zone, for students to create problem situation, make new knowledge conflict with existing knowledge and experience, the teaching can arouse student’s strong desire for knowledge and exploratory, stimulate students’problem consciousness, make its produce inner conflict, it is in a state of how to solve but can’t be solved again, so it can encourage students to think more and analysis the problems and questions, and to reconstruct the existing knowledge, improve the students’ knowledge system, mobilize the students’ intelligence and non-intelligence factors, improve the innovative ability of students. So in the teaching of mathematical proposition set problem situation, proposition is to improve the teaching efficiency and the effective methods to improve students’ mathematics accomplishment.This paper studies the problem situation teaching of mathematical proposition in the following three parts:the introduction of the proposition of problem situation, by simulating the reality need to solve questions to stimulate students’ problem consciousness, under the guidance of teachers, get mathematical proposition; Proposition proof of the problem situation, the use of mathematical history, practice and competition problem situation to make the students realized that the proposition development process; Proposition of the problems in the application situation, help students to understand the nature of the thesis from different angles, and the application of skilled and flexible for proposition, help students in the mind a comparatively complete mathematical proposition system.
