Research purposes: the physical ability of primary school students in China there is a decline phenomenon, physical education teaching also has many problems. Due to the physical and mental development of primary school pupils in more critical period, attaches great importance to the elementary school sports education practice is very important. Based on the realistic problems in the elementary school students health of body and mind development, with little interest in track and field and the combination of sports games, attaches great importance to the overlay analysis of the two kinds of teaching mode, with the way of teaching experiment research, and combined with the advantages of the two kinds of teaching mode, analyzes the teaching effect, to maximize the teaching effect, puts forward relevant countermeasures and Suggestions, and then bring the development of the elementary school sports teaching practice the new teaching mode.Research methods: this research mainly adopts the teaching experiment, three familiar primary school of shenyang experimental classes, respectively by the methods of children’s interest in track and field, sports games, children’s interest in track and field sports game superimposition method for twelve weeks of sports teaching. Through the cervix indexes before and after the experiment and sports psychological scale, analysis of three approaches to teaching effect, to seek feasible to maximize the effect of teaching mode.Research results:(1) children’s interest in track and field method can improve students running and jumping ability of special quality, suitable for sports qualities a good student, top-notch effect is very obvious, to sports psychological effects tend to improve the professional sports appreciation ability.(2) sports games method helps to improve the power performance, suitable for students of average quality sports, supervise the junior role, interest in sports psychology influence mainly on the positive change.(3) combining the two methods can obviously affect the elementary student’s physical quality, and beneficiaries more widely, sports healthy psychological development.Research conclusion:(1) children’s interest in track and field can improve the quality of the student body, but its strong professional leads to lack of interest, the practice effect is not high, not comprehensive.(2) sports games can also improve the quality of the student body, attracting students interesting, but the lack of specialized physical exercise, the students’ interest in professional sports is not high.(3) the combination of two can promote students’ physical quality comprehensive, combined with professional and interesting, able to take care of course content to more students, more can promote students’ comprehensive sports psychology.
