In the sports plan of comprehensive education reform in Shanghai,the Municipal Education Commission has proposed a physical education curriculum linking up with "primary school sports interest,junior high school sports diversification,specialization in high school physical education,and personalization in university physical education." Starting from September 2015,in the compulsory education stage,The reform of physical education curriculum in primary schools and junior high schools was officially launched.As a traditional sports event and the main content of school physical education,track and field is in an unoptimistic environment and is gradually fading out of the content of physical education.As we all know,track and field is the basis of other sports,known as the "mother of sports." But because the traditional track and field is subject to its own factors About,students are generally not interested in track and field classes,track and field is slowly away from primary and secondary schools.The IAAF has carried out a comprehensive and systematic investigation on the current situation of children's participation in track and field sports in the world,and has comprehensively popularized the "IAAF KIDS' ATHLETICS" project in order to cultivate children's interest in participating in track and field sports.In this study,the fifth grade students of Haihua Primary School in Huangpu District were divided into control class and experimental class for 3 months.Through the methods of literature,experiment,questionnaire,comparative analysis and mathematical statistics,the application effect of Interest track and field in Shanghai primary school sports interest teaching was studied and analyzed.It is hoped that the teaching experiment can find out an effective way for primary school students to teach track and field,stimulate students' interest in track and field learning,improve their basic sports ability,and enable students to participate in track and field sports autonomously.Rebuild the position of track and field in physical education.The results show that:1.Interest track and field can effectively stimulate pupils' interest in physical education,there is a slight difference between men and women,and the effect of boys is more obvious;interesting track and field can create a good learning atmosphere for.pupils and enable pupils to realize the joy of success in sports.It is beneficial to achieve better teaching effect.It is more conducive to the development of school track and field sports,can rebuild the status of track and field sports in physical education,and also conducive to the cultivation of students' lifelong sports awareness.2.Interest track and field can improve the students' subjective exercise experience to a certain extent,can effectively increase the students' positive happiness,reduce the students' psychological troubles,reduce the students' fatigue,and make the pupils' psychology develop healthily.Although there was no significant gender difference,the effect of boys was better than that of girls.3.Interest track and field can improve the student's basic physical quality,does not have the gender difference.Both traditional track and field teaching and interesting track and field teaching are effective in improving students' basic physical quality,but interesting track and field teaching is more effective.4.The experiment proves that the interest track and field teaching is feasible in the reform of Shanghai elementary school sports interest teaching.It can not only improve pupils' interest in physical education,improve their subjective exercise experience,but also affect their basic qualities and promote the balanced development of pupils' body and mind.In line with Shanghai primary school sports interest teaching reform goal.
