To explore the influence of interesting track and field on the sensitivity of primary school students in grades 1-6,and further obtain the key period for the development of sensitivity of primary school students in different grades and genders through this study,so as to provide more valuable reference basis and direction for primary school PE teachers and coaches in teaching and training in the future.In this study,12 classes were randomly selected from shijiu primary school and rizhao no.1primary school in rizhao city,with a total of 586 students.The experimental group had 290 students and the control group 296 students.This paper provides the theoretical basis for the research by using the literature method to look up the related research of interesting track and field and agility.Key to this research by applying the method of expert interview guidance and Suggestions in order to make this study more scientific and rigorous,through the experiment method,experiment research,experiment before make the height and weight of the same grade between experimental group and control group and the sensitive quality independent sample t-test test indexes and make the experimental group and control group before the experiment the indicators there was no significant difference(P > 0.05),and then by means of two groups of students after 12 weeks of the experimental intervention test index test data for sensitive quality,finally USES the mathematical statistics the data import SPSS20.00 sorting analysis.Results:(1)the experimental group and control group after experimental sensitive quality testing index of Illinois results show significant difference(P < 0.05),but the experimental results have been growth growth is superior to control group,the experimental group boys 3grades and increase 10.1%,the maximum amplitude girl 4 grades and increase the maximum is9.5%.(2)by 12 weeks after the experiment,the experimental group and control group sensitive quality index T test run results show significant difference(P < 0.05),but the control group grades growth have been increased slightly smaller than the experimental group,the experimental group 2 grades and improve the sharpest,at 13.7%,fourth-grade girls grades improve the sharpest,at 14.9%.(3)there was a significant difference(P<0.05)between the experimental group and the control group in the performance of the agility test indicators cross-variant running after the experiment(P<0.05).However,the performance of the experimental group increased more than that of the control group.(4)there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group(P>,0.05).The fastest increase of boys and girls in the experimental group was 17.8% and 29.6% respectively in grade 6.Research conclusions:1.The interest track and field exercises can better develop the sensitive quality of primary school,its way of practice on the stage of primary school students is more scientific,pertinence,security features,practice content more rich,through practice not only improve the physical fitness,to protect the students' psychological health,and effectively avoid adult exercise equipment,more practical.2.Both the experimental group and the control group could effectively improve the students' agility in grades 1-6 during the primary school period3.Interesting track and field compared with the normal physical education can effectively promote more sensitive period 1 to 6 grade students quality testing index of Illinois,for T run improvement is more significant as well as to the cross to run result growth more apparent,grabbing six corner test index is not suitable for sensitive quality testing as a primary school.4.1 to 6 grade during the sensitive quality testing index of Illinois,boys and girls are from 2grade high growth,T run results boy from 2 grade,a girl from grade three began to increase significantly,cross changed to run the boys and girls from the second grade grades will significantly increase,in addition T run and cross a large range to improve present junior boys ran,senior girls increase phenomenon.Practice to sum up: the quality of the sensitive method are many,but the teacher wants to undertake choosing according to practitioners of body and mind development stage in accordance with the present stage of practice,and practice content of track and field of interest even more sensitive helps to develop students quality,teachers should according to the actual situation and regional interest track and field created on the basis of actively creating and accord with the actual situation of local interest track and field practice content and practice during the primary school attaches great importance to the critical period of teaching training when you sensitive quality.
