Stepping into the new century, the senior middle schools in our country have been developing with accumulating a lot of problems to be resolved urgently. In addition, In a critical period of economic society and educational transformation, new problems and challenges emerge endless. Taylor proposed a classic courses in paradigm, including selecting education objectives, selecting educational experience, organizing learning experience, evaluating results in his \ "Basic Principles of Curriculum and Instruction\". Taylor’s model is generalized gradually as the curriculum purposes, curriculum content, curriculum implementation and curriculum evaluation lately. On the basic of Taylor’s principle, this paper really present senior middle school education situation by adopting the questionnaire and interview survey and learn to analyze and look at the senior middle school career education from the angle of course theory, find the existing problems and put forward the corresponding suggestion, in order to improve career education of senior middle school enlightly and significantly.On the objectives of senior middle school career education, this paper found that senior middle school career objectives there is oneness, neglecting the students not enough adaptability to career education objectives, the implementation of problem in the process of understanding of present situation of senior middle school career education objectives from the perspective of students’ career development needs and social development needs. Then give the suggestions that career education objectives should be diversified, fully consider the adaptability of students for the target, specifically ensure career education goal realization conditions.On the content of senior middle school career education, this paper found that high school career education teaching has less number of the classes, teaching in the form of a single, inadequate capacity of the curriculum, class extension problem is less from the teaching content, implementation method, teachers investigation.In this regard, to ensure that the amount of class hours, to enrich the form of teaching, enrich the teaching content, expand the teaching space and time, and to pay attention to career education and training of teachers.On the teaching of senior middle school career education, this paper found that senior middle school career education in quantity less class time, teaching forms, teaching curriculum capacity is insufficient, the extension under less problem from the aspects of teaching content, implementation methods, the teaching effect investigation. To this, to ensure that the class hour quantity, abundant teaching form, enrich the teaching content, expand the teaching time and space, and should attach great importance to the cultivate teachers of career education and training.In terms of senior middle school career education evaluation, this paper found high school career education evaluation, evaluation index grade division of rough, simple evaluation methods, evaluation results of the problem is not in place from the target evaluation, situation assessment, evaluation methods, evaluation results using with present senior middle school career education evaluation of the status quo, it is recommended to further refine the evaluation index, the diversity(or species) means of evaluation, to give full play to the role of evaluation results.
