Career education curriculum is an important factor affecting high school students' choices of subjects and careers,and it's also an important way to narrow the disconnection between school education and social development.At present,the career education of high school in China is during the "self-exploration stage".Most schools are in a state of unclear goals,unclear content,and no way to start.Therefore,researches on the design of high school career curriculum is of great significance,which could promote the development of high school education,improve high school students' planning and decision-making ability,and teach high school students know how to live a good life.Studies have shown many problems about high school career education.Firstly,high school students in China are generally lack of the ability in living and decision-making.Secondly,the career education in China lacks practical guidance at the school practice level,and more importantly there is a lack of attention to student elements in career education curriculum research.Based on the above phenomenon,this paper takes W High School as an example to investigate the demand and satisfaction of high school students in career education and design the implementable career education curriculum based on the demand and satisfaction results.This study used W High School as the survey object.316 valid questionnaires were collected by questionnaire survey.Six high school students and three career education teachers were interviewed by interview method.These processes help researchers explore the status quo of high school career education curriculum.The study found that the current design of career education curriculum in high school is easy to "narrow" to "selection guidance" under the development of the new college entrance examination.If there is no "root" in the selection of guidance,it is difficult to ensure the implementation of the effect of "real".The relationship between supply and demand is “supply less than demand”.The demand of students is greater than satisfaction;and the content should include but not limited to 3 dimensions and 18 projects.And the degree of need for different course is different,and “effectiveness” is also different.In addition,the implementation of social practice and the establishment of compulsory courses for career education is the most popular.Different background students have different tendencies towards the implementation of career education.More importantly,the small number of teachers and the lack of professionalism in career education are also a major obstacle in the implementation of the curriculum.Therefore,in the design of career education curriculum,high school should integrate the relationship between “advancement counseling” and “career guidance”.Schools and teachers should pay more attention to the needs of high school students currently choosing courses,andtake care of the development happiness of high school students.High schools should design and optimize career education courses based on the demand and satisfaction of high school students.They can refer to the ranking of the important and difficult points of career education courses in this study,and grasp the difficulties in curriculum design.The implementation of career curriculum in high school should be based on the development of compulsory courses and social practice,even focus on the implementation of the career "mentor system" to provide students with "one-on-one" counseling.In addition,high schools should also establish a team of "full-time and part-time" teachers.Not only high schools should do the introduction,selection and training of "full-time" career education teachers in the school,but also make good use of various resources to store "part-time" career teachers.At the same time,high schools should also make use of the comprehensive quality evaluation that the school has carried out to integrate the career education curriculum and evaluation into the whole curriculum implementation and evaluation system.
