Under the background of the implementation of the new college entrance examination reform,the life planning education in the high school stage has received unprecedented attention.The waves and challenges of the college entrance examination reform are issues worthy of study and reflection.The purpose of this experimental research is to design a school-based career planning curriculum for the first-year students of general high school based on the background of the new college entrance examination,based on positive psychology,combined with the main theories of career planning,and using the "5W" zero thinking model as the framework.In this study,students from two classes(85 students in total)in the first grade of the R middle school in Fuzhou City,Fujian Province were randomly selected as the research objects,and the experimental group(45 people)and the control group(40 people)were formed by class as a unit.The "Learning Motivation Questionnaire","Self Identity Questionnaire" and "Career Maturity Questionnaire" were used to test them before and after the intervention.This research adopted one semester of teaching(the experimental group adopted the school-based curriculum for senior high school students’ career planning designed by this research,taught by psychology teachers;the control group adopted the traditional career-themed course of R middle school,taught by the head teacher),to carry out the experimental group and control Comparing and verifying the test before and after the group,to verify that the school-based course of career planning designed in this experiment is more effective than the course of career-themed classes.This experimental study uses spss20.0 software to perform one-way analysis of variance,independent-sample t-test and paired-sample t-test on the test results.Subsequently,the analysis results were sorted,reflected and summarized,and the following conclusions were obtained:(1)The school-based curriculum of career planning designed in this research can effectively promote the development level of the professional maturity of high school students,and at the same time have a partial role in promoting self-identity and learning motivation.(2)The implementation effect of the school-based curriculum for career planning designed in this research is significantly better than the traditional career-themed class meeting mode of R Middle School.Therefore,the hypothesis of this study has been confirmed,and the school-based curriculum of career planning for the first grade of general high school and senior high school designed in this experiment is effective.
