The construction of vocational school culture is an important part of school management.In recent years, the development of vocational education attracted attention of the government and even the whole society. The relationship between vocational school and the enterprises are increasing close. Most of vocational school hold that school-enterprise cooperation as a better implementation of development and to bring up more community-oriented, business-oriented technical skilled persons. However, during the cooperation they tend to ignore the culture connection. For now, the different between them such as background, characteristic, structural elements and the others made the innate cultural conflicts and even the leader, teachers, students pay less attention on that made the postnatal conflicts. As a result,they lead to interns and graduated students with poor skills and qualities to attain enterprise recognition. In order to solve this problem, the author conduce a comprehensive analysis about that. First of all, the overall status of vocational school culture construction could be the breakthrough point, and then refer to enterprise culture features and some excellent experiences. Based on the academic background, I attempt to analyze theoretical basis. The author make a choose LiaoNing financial vocational college as a case study to explore a more suitable tactic.The research adopts literature research method, questionnaire, interview survey method and case analysis method as the main research methods. Through the analysis of the characteristics of enterprise culture and vocational college culture, based on the theory of cultural conflict and cultural integration of theory for the research of two kinds of culture characteristics of relevance and conflicts toanalysis suitable for the introduction of enterprise culture in the vocational college. This paper focuses on the case of Liaoning Finance Vocational College. During September to October in 2015 I made the questionnairethrough the investigation of case college students and teachers and interview outline of this dialogue and close cooperation.According to the school of the college culture construction of the existing achievement and insufficient and reasons for the problems with the aid of. Through four aspects of the system, the spirit, the material and the behavior of the college culture, the present problems and the corresponding countermeasures of the construction of the college culture are put forward. The innovation of this paper is the Liaoning Province for Vocational College of introducing enterprise culture related case studies is relatively small, our province in this aspect research basically in a blank stage. In this paper to demonstration colleges of our province Liaoning Finance Vocational College as a case of put forward the corresponding cultural construction countermeasures, in order for the future research of this in our province to provide guidance.
