With the rapid development of vocational education,higher vocational colleges have become an indispensable part of higher education.Higher vocational colleges shoulder the heavy responsibility of cultivating high-quality and skilled talents,and the cooperation between colleges and enterprises is the successful experience of cultivating talents.At present,how to link up the corporate culture with the school culture and how to link up the workplace culture with the university culture has become an important issue for the students to enter the future workplace.Modern apprenticeship as a new model of vocational education,in this model of the high docking and integration of higher vocational school culture and corporate culture,is an important way to explore the way of school-enterprise cooperation.From the perspective of modern apprenticeship,this paper explores and ponders the connection between school and enterprise culture,aiming at integrating excellent enterprise culture into school culture on the basis of following the law of talent cultivation in higher vocational colleges.In order to improve vocational adaptability and career development ability of students,to achieve the goal of talent training and sustainable development of higher vocational education.Therefore,from the perspective of modern apprenticeship,it is of great practical significance and research value to study the cultural docking between higher vocational colleges and enterprises.This paper takes Y vocational college as an example to investigate modern apprenticeship mode,which is better implemented in modern apprenticeship mode.Through the design of a reasonable interview outline,a great deal of investigation work has been done among school teaching administrators,relevant teachers and students,and business leaders.In-depth understanding of Y vocational school culture development characteristics,the progress and effectiveness of school culture construction and school-enterprise culture docking practice exploration.This paper makes an investigation from four aspects:the basic situation of the connection of material culture,spiritual culture,system culture and behavior culture,the deep participation of teachers and students in the construction of school culture,the attention and participation of enterprises in the connection of school culture and enterprise culture,and the guarantee mechanism of the connection between school culture and enterprise culture.Combination of empirical investigation and case analysis,it is found that under the current mode of modern apprenticeship,the cultural docking between higher vocational colleges and enterprises mianly exists such problems as the lack of obvious professional accomplishment at the spiritual level,the lack of the subject support of the school culture,the lack of the overall participation of the cultural docking,and the ambiguity of the subject responsibility of the cooperation between schools and enterprises,etc.Combining with the investigation,this paper analyzes the specific predicament,and explores the deep-seated reasons.In view of the existing problems and reasons,this paper puts forward the improvement measures from five aspects on the basis of following the law of talent training in higher vocational colleges:the government taking the initiative to participate in the interests of all parties,innovating and practicing the balanced development of the four cultures,giving full play to the principal role in the cultural docking,seeking more support from the enterprise for the talent training process,and advocating the ’craftsman culture’ by the society.Corresponding measures are to promote the school-enterprise culture in-depth docking and integration.
