Since the "Decision of the State Council to vigorously develop vocational education"([2005] No. 35) for the first time for teachers to business practice time to make detailed provisions and proposed the establishment of vocational education teachers into corporate practice system, the relevant documents have also introduced, in the context of school-enterprise cooperation, teachers work actively carry out business practices, teachers strengthened links between schools and enterprises in the corporate practice in the process of teachers’ professional skills and practical teaching ability has been improved. But business practices of teachers work is still facing some problems, affecting teachers to business practices effectiveness.In this study, the author attempts to analyze the impact factors of professional teachers in vocational colleges on the basis of business practices in Liaoning Province as an example, a case where part of the job of teachers colleges enterprises in Liaoning Province, the practice of investigation and study, and by drawing on foreign the successful experiences of some professional teachers enterprises in developed countries the practice of vocational institutions, combined with the actual situation in the region, enabling experiences and propose solutions to improve business practices of teachers in vocational colleges in Liaoning Province. Study is divided into five parts:The first part is an introduction, mainly introduces the significance of the research background, research, heavy and difficult features and current research, content research ideas and methods, and research.The second part of the career professional teachers colleges enterprise practice theoretical inquiry: Necessity of vocational colleges including professional business practices of teachers, scope and content analysis, influencing factors and the theoretical basis of professional business practices of teachers vocational schools.The third part through questionnaires and interviews to understand the present situation to career professional teachers colleges in Liaoning Province enterprise practice, and summarizes the current progress in Liaoning province vocational colleges teachers acquired business practices and existing problems.The fourth part is the basis of the previous chapters, particularly in the understanding of business practices in Liaoning province vocational colleges professional teachers currently based on the implementation and progress of the analysis of business practices of teachers in Liaoning province vocational institutions there are still problems and the reasons;The fifth part on the basis of analyzing the problem, trying to be able to put forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve vocational colleges Teachers in Liaoning Province business practices, mainly related to schools, teachers, business-to-business practices related to professional teachers awareness of the relevant departments improvement and implementation of individual system needs to be strengthened in several aspects.
