Probity education of students among elementary and secondary schools work for more than ten years in China and it has obtained certain result, students among elementary and secondary schools have certain cognized probity idea, and the probity education pattern is already informed.Basic education contents, and more education resources to be able to be found, etc. But now the study and use of the education content isn’t enough deep, the function of educational form isn’t work enough and education of comprehensive strength isn’t formed and so on. Therefore, it should be insisted on practice and research. Probity education of students among elementary and secondary schools makes for formation of students’probity virtue, the steady development of national society and the deepening of the anti-corruption. Through combing and studying the literature, the paper have found that research on probity education is more and more, but the study of school probity education more concentrated on college students, and these research focus on students among primary and secondary schools rarely and research level is a little low. Based on the above background, this paper is on the basic of literature analysis and questionnaire analysis methods. Focusing on the problems, it begins to research on. probity education among primary and secondary school in the round.The main contents of this paper are divided into four parts. The first part probes into the basic theory of probity education. Probity virtue’s the basic meaning is innocence and frugality, along with society’s development and needs, its meaning has been expanding, is not only the requirement for personal, but also moral attitude towards society and others. And probity culture is different from probity virtue, its is a quality of the educated and the social form, contains the theory of knowledge, system form and behavior form, etc. Moreover, probity education of students among elementary and secondary schools refers to the school field applying moral effect on the students activity, compared with the adult society of probity education. It is obvious normality, and it has strong purpose of embodied in the teaching process, and teaching contents is more positive and the teaching organization is more scientific.The second analyses problems of probity education of students among elementary and secondary schools now from educational contents to educational forms. On the educational contents, rich education resources haven’t been made the best of and teaching materials is the lack of attractive for students. On education forms, the first is probity campus cultural activities’permeability is not strong. The second is the function of probity education teaching is not work enough, and it either under construction, or "melt", or separate families with little success; In addition, there are school, family and social education has not formed.The third part analyses reasons subjectively and objectively according to the problems from three aspects of the cognition, method and objective conditions.In terms of ideological cognition, the degree of self-recognition of probity education among primary and secondary schools isn’t high; In terms of method, educators’ ability to use teaching resources, the ability to organize and the study teaching content and the ability to take appropriate teaching methods; In terms of objective conditions, educators’time and the energy shortage. Effective security system didn’t be built or be carried out and the probity education of school, family and society is not synchronous.The fourth part is based on analysis of problems and their causes, and puts forward corresponding measures. Continuing to push forward our country elementary and middle schools students probity education must be based on principles of follow the law of education and the premise, should develop to adapt to the physical and mental development of primary and middle school students and moral form regular goal, also want to follow the law of moral education in the process of education; Second, in-depth excavation and utilization of curriculum resources as the focus of education teaching resources,as well as choreography resources directly, also will be deep exploration in resources, to expand the education resources, more should pay attention to integration of resources; Third, through the promotion of the teacher’s probity education consciousness and ability, improve the guidance of education teaching reference material force, promote integrate classroom teaching. Fourth, Probity campus cultural activities are the most important work experience, so it should be insisted on. The contents of activities is based on traditional culture and we should enhance probity education brand activities, in order to improve the permeability of clean campus cultural activities; Fifth, adhere to the system construction for institutional guarantee; Finally that is to build a school, family and social education cooperation.
