Study Of The Dislocation Between Supply And Demand Of The New Agricultural Business Entities’ Vocational Education In Anhui Province

New agricultural managers such as New professional farmers, large planted and bred family,family farms, farmers cooperatives and agricultural enterprises,is the representative of the advanced agricultural productivity.In order to promote the rapid development of modern agriculture in Anhui, the government and social forces in Anhui province actively increase the supply of their vocational education to meet the needs of their vocational education. But there is a clear dislocation between the supply and demand, which restricts the professional skills upgrading of the new agricultural business entities, and the rapid development of modern agriculture in Anhui. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to explore the problem of supply and demand of the vocational education of the new agricultural managers in Anhui, and to find ways to promote the coordinated development of supply and demand.Research shows that the current Anhui new agricultural business entities in the supply of vocational education, supply subject to government, supplemented by the schools and the folk; diversified supply mode of government behavior, supply content of science and technology content is low; civil behavior supply coverage most widely, supply effect best; school supply mainly for education, imparting knowledge system, strong theoretical and practical issues. At the same time, Anhui new agricultural enterprises mainly needs the government to carry out vocational education supply and burden related costs, trend to practical and high-tech educational content and site technical guidance of education.Comparison of Anhui new agricultural business entities vocational education supply and demand situation, this study found that they have serious dislocation in four aspects, respectively is the vocational education is in short supply relative to the demand, private vocational education supply exceeds demand; government supply content low content of science and technology, school supply content lack pertinence; supply to self-study and master teach, demand is given priority to with agricultural technology extension; education funding supply to itself, demand by the government. This is caused by three reasons:one is the government, the competent department of scattered and uneven distribution of resources, agricultural extension staff and the training of teachers professional skills is low, the amount of agricultural occupation education funding, lack of supply, instability and supervision mechanism is not perfect; the two is the new agricultural business entities, between self and friends low cost supply and convenient occupation education, peer pressure and guidance for the competition is not strong, between friends and relatives to master the technology of high homogeneity; three is the school aspect, traditional ideas and employment, school conditions have limitations, teaching content is "universal", teachers strength is weak, lack of state funds to support.In both Chinese and Western coordinated development the successful experience of the new agricultural business entities vocational education supply and demand, mainly is take the legislation regulating the supply of the main supply of Vocational Education Act and the vocational qualification certificate to mobilize the enthusiasm, innovation and the establishment of college class, government and school culture raising "peasant students" mode, improve vocational education infrastructure, training of professional teachers, and for multi-channel financial support and other measures.Therefore, this study proposed to strengthen the new agricultural business entities of vocational education legal system construction, integrate vocational education management departments and establish a new agricultural enterprises demand to adapt to the teaching way and content, the introduction of vocational qualification certificate system, school innovation of new agricultural enterprises, training mode, give full play to the power of the private sector supply, significantly enhance the extension staff of professional quality, increase funding to support efforts to improve education quality, and the use of funds supervision mechanism etc. suggestions, in order to promote the coordinated development of Anhui new agricultural business entities vocational education supply and demand, and promote the rapid development of modern agriculture in Anhui.
