Research On The Supply And Demand Of Grassroots Agricultural Talents

Nowadays,although the second and the third industries of our country are rapidly developed,the development of agriculture is relatively weak and backward.In China,the contradiction between people and land is very prominent,so the only way to develop agriculture is science and technology farming which has become a strategic consensus to promote the development of agriculture rapidly.Science and technology farming means applying science and technology to agricultural production,and in this process,the agricultural technology extension service activities play the link and bridge role between laboratory and farmland.However,the construction of agricultural service personnel especially the grassroots talent team is seriously inadequate in our country,which including the unstable personnel,lower academic structure,less personnel quantity.Therefore,in order to accomplish the transformation from agricultural science to agricultural production,the first problem we have to solve is the supply and demand of grassroots agricultural service personnel.Agricultural Universities are the cradle of cultivating the agricultural science and technology personnel,and the important base of disseminating and innovating agricultural science and technology.Those agricultural universities regard serving agriculture,villages and farmers as their fundamental principle,and supplying talents for grassroots as their their sacred duty.Moreover,students from agricultural universities employed villages manifest the theory of practice,the objective needs of application and the rational choice of students.Jiangxi province,as a big agricultural province in China,has certainly represented the status-quo current situation of Agricultural Service.This paper consists of 4 main parts.Firstly,this paper This article through to the Jiangxi Province agricultural service statistics,and to the Xinjian District of Nanchang visited the status quo of agricultural service system in Jiangxi province conducted in-depth analysis of the system;at the same time,a questionnaire survey was conducted in Jiangxi Agricultural University,on the basis of their employment intention layer for empirical research.Secondly,this paper analyzes the current situation of supply and demand of grassroots agricultural service.Thirdly,this paper constructs the mode of students serving grassroots supply and demand contradiction.And in the last part,this paper,aims to put forward some suggestions to encourage agricultural students to employed grassroots from 3 aspects,and explore the long-term mechanism of the agricultural students serving for grassroots.
