Research On Empirical Method Of Chinese Migration To The Economic Development

China is a nation with a large population. The floating population of it moves from less developed area to developed area driven by their requirements of income improvement, which largely influences the economy growth of the in-flow area. By clarifying the connection of population flow and economy, we could adjust the population flow to boost the economy growth and constitute reasonable policy accordingly.We have a certain originality in the paper. We choose 31 selected Chinese provinces of data to grasp the overall data migration and economic development, and use a variety of methods of data to analyze obtained correlation between the two parts in qualitative and quantitative, and then calculate the corresponding contribution rates by building a model.First of all, this paper will start with the background and significance of this research and make an outline of related research all around the world. This part will define a clear concept of population flow and economy growth and give a theoretical basement for calculation of the influence made by flowing population on economy for the next part.In the second part, the paper will figure out the flow of population in China from the perspectives of flowing range, flowing motivation and population property. Also in this part, the current situation of China economy growth would be analyzed from the perspectives of GDP, industrial structure and fixed assets investment, according to the data from sixth nationwide population census, monitoring data of floating population and China Statistical Yearbook 2014.Furthermore, the paper will analyze the influence of population flow on economy growth from both sides using quantitative method and calculated the Contribution rate of population flow to economy growth with improved Effective labor model.In the last part, the conclusion of the research would be made and the author would give some suggestions to guide the flowing population from the perspectives of industrial structure, the labor and related laws and regulations.
