Society in unceasing progress, people of education requirement also enhances unceasingly. The progress of education is based on teachers. The teacher's quality restricts the quality of the whole education. The overall education process of teachers includes pre-job cultivation, inductive education and on-the-job training. Of them, inductive education is adjustment period, and a necessary step for role switching of beginning teachers. If inductive education is well arranged, the adjustment period of beginning teachers can be shortened, and lay a solid foundation for successful teaching.This paper uses methods of literary study, questionnaire, interview,statistics,and logical analysis, and make a base on theories of longlife education, teachers'integrated education, teachers'professional development stage, to survey the current situation of beginning gym teachers'inductive education in urban junior school of Henan based on the purpose of inductive education. Comparing practical situation of current inductive education with the expected inductive education, I put forward certain countermeasures and suggestions, which provides reference for improving the total quality of inductive education. The findings show:Firstly, in Henan province now, beginning gym teachers in urban junior schools are mostly male, Many for graduates, teaches secondary teachers, mainly working in public junior schools, and shouldering heavy teaching loads.Secondly, beginning gym teachers in most urban junior schools are concerned for inductive education, but administrative requirements are stronger than personal needs.Thirdly, provincial and municipal inductive education is different from school inductive education in frequency, content, and pattern..Fourthly, Currently the new education and hope in the entry education teaching observing and speaking lesson means apply, in the pedagogy and the psychology knowledge, sports knowledge and technology, sports teaching skill training, the content such as in theory examination, random lectures and examine regularly lecture records, document etc assessment methods, height on anastomosis, And in training form, mentoring paired off and group discussion method, students management strategy, interpersonal relations strategies and information technology knowledge learning, paper assessment discrepancy is bigger.Fifthly,now principal problems that lie in provincial and municipal inductive education are as follows: unsuitable training methods, simple training forms, superficial assessment, obscure standards, equivocal efficacy, the disconnection between theory and practice, and improper selection of training materials. While principal problems that lie in school inductive education are as follows: superficial assessment, obscure standards, equivocal efficacy, school leaders attaching no importance, unrealistic training contents, instructors'level deficiency, and the lack of supplementary means.According to the above question, put forward the following countermeasures;reinforcing management and assessment, perfecting training contents, selecting suitable teaching methods, reforming educational forms, carrying out training based on school's actual conditions, providing necessary training time and funds, establishing and improving inductive education system should be taken.
