In order to solve the actual problem, this paper chose the most foundation mat ball in volleyball technology, quasi developed by studying interest and practicability of mat ball exercise methods and means, in order to arouse students learning interest and motivation of volleyball, better with volleyball mat ball skills and practice for high school volleyball course upload mat ball technology method to supplement.This article USES the literature material law, questionnaire survey method, teaching method, action research method and mathematical statistics, in the high school volleyball mat ball skills practice methods and means of development as the research object, according to the formation law of sandstrom, volleyball sports skill preach mat ball technology characteristic and volleyball mat technology practice methods and means of development principle, the implementation of the strategies for volleyball mat ball skills practice methods and means for the development.
