Since the founding of the People's Republic of China,we have been paying great attention to the physical health of adolescents.Since 1985,we have carried out several national health surveys of adolescents.The results are not satisfactory: our country ' s adolescents have been declining,and various problems have surfaced.In the fall of 2001,when the trial of the new curriculum for compulsory education began,the Ministry of Education officially launched the development of new curriculum plans and curriculum standards for ordinary high schools.After the 2003 "Curriculum Standards"(experimental version)was promulgated,after years of experimental experience,the 2017 version of the "Curriculum Standards" was finally issued at the end of 2017,and will be implemented in the fall of 2018.Among them,"Physical Fitness Module" is emphasized as a compulsory part.The research and development of physical module exercise methods and methods is not only the requirements of the new curriculum standard,but also for improving the healthy physical level of students in the high school physical education class,enriching the content of classroom exercises,increasing the methods of classroom exercises,enhancing the physical fitness of students,and reducing the pressure of students to enter a higher education.And other aspects have practical significance and effect.This research uses literature data method,expert interview method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics method and other research methods to study the methods and methods of physical fitness module exercises from the perspectives of concepts,goals,principles,and content.An 8-week teaching experiment was conducted with 512 students as the research subjects.The experimental data analysis of the students' test indicators of 50 meters,standing long jump,800 meters,1000 meters,sitting forward bending,etc.came to the following conclusions:(1)The results of 50 meters,standing long jump,800 meters and sitting forward bending of high school girls before and after the experiment were significantly improved.High school boys in the 1000 meter test data difference is obvious,the other four although not significant,but all the mean has a greater improvement.(2)The selection of exercise methods and means of high school students' physical fitness module follows the spirit of moral education in curriculum standard(2017 Edition),follows three development concepts,conforms to the law of teenagers' development characteristics,pays attention to students' all-round development in action selection,and reasonably arranges exercise load,which meets the requirements of curriculum standard(2017 Edition)in overall content.(3)High school students' physical module practice methods and means can reduce the negative emotions of the current society to high school students,actively respond to the national requirements of strengthening physical education and extracurricular exercise,fully comply with the physiological characteristics of physical and mental development of teenagers.Suggestions:(1)Teachers should master the difference between boys and girls when arranging the exercise load.(2)High school students' physical module practice methods and means need to increase more training methods,improve more effective training effect,enrich more comprehensive practice content.(3)High school students' physical module practice methods and means can be widely used in the education and teaching of each high school,fully combining the advantages of traditional physical exercise with the created high school physical module practice methods and means.
