Through establishment a way that school join in cultivating the tennis reserve talented person, return athletics to education, grab from young, combining popularization and improve, for our country tennis reserve talented person raise lay a certain foundation.In this study, using literature、questionnaire、interview, separate investigations carried out by the twelve elementary school in Beijing Tennis conditions, the state of campus tennis education and the tennis training after school. Through the investigation to find question, and provide suggests. It also promulgates the relationship and Impact between the elementary school tennis and the tennis athletics reserve training. Besides, in order to the development of Beijing campus tennis and the sustainable development of the whole of country tennis carry out, providing valuable development strategies and theory suggest. The results are:1. At present, Beijing primary school tennis can basic satisfy the teaching, and external cooperation, draw lessons from social force to carry out the campus tennis, to a certain extent, make up the inadequate of elementary tennis to carry out the resources, but for the construction of tennis after school is weak. Talented tennis is not conducive to the long-term construction.2. There are two kinds of primary school tennis forms to carry out. One is based on the interest cultivation, Another is combine interest cultivation with after school training. The former is order to popularize tennis school population, the latter in order to improve training tennis talent cultivation.3. Tennis teacher of primary school mainly comprises by outside teachers, lack of rigid testing requirements, education quality is uneven,is not good for the long-term development of the school tennis.4. Tennis basic interest classes of elementary school and school after training on the teaching content, teaching appraisal arrangement have their owns focus, the former is interest, the latter emphasizes the special, is good for achieve tennis enlightenment teaching and primary special training.5. Tennis games of Primary school is not sufficient, and students face funding pressure that can not meet the needs of tennis talented growth.6. The students’culture learning and after school training is not conflict during elementary school tennis lesson. But lack of convergence of cultures late.7. Tennis coaches’reward measure is not perfect, reward basic is not reasonable, lack of substantial rewards, and can not stimulate coaches’s long-term participation in extracurricular training initiative.8.
