| Through literature study and expert interview, questionnaire survey, mathematical statistics, field observation and logical analysis, the author focuses on the training mode of man U series football referees in China. Based on the survey on 211 U series football referees of national teenagers football tournament in recent two years, the author analyzes the management, cultivation and self-learning of U series referees. Besides, the cultivation process covering training target, training form, class hours, teaching materials and teaching contents, teaching methods, evaluation is specifically discussed and the conclusions are as followings:1. The fact that the age of initial refereeing referees in U series tournament is relatively old leads to the average age of referees is older. The referee reserve force should become younger during the cultivation.2. The institutional framework of national and federation member referee’s commission needs to be perfect. The number of referees is small so that national and regional referees’ management cannot be well coordinated.3. China’s basic-level football referees’ grade training is not strict and the training methods should be completed. The lecturers are insufficient and the basic skills of referees need improving. Referee teaching contents should be unified nationwide.4. The further training of referee is insufficient and training mode is unsound. What’s worse, the further training of referee remains a standstill for a long time in some provinces.5. The training form of U series referees is monotonous and training hours are less in U series divisions. The variety of teaching materials lacks diversity, the contents of which cover little psychological training of referees and are repeated. The evaluation of referees in divisions is also defective, such as recitation of test question and absence of English test. Related tests should be added in order to check the teaching effect after every training in divisions. |
